It all started with a dream of living in the mountains…

Next, we took a big leap of faith and moved across country.

From the beginning, we knew that we wanted to live in the Colorado Mountains. We were attracted to the rural landscape, and the exciting weather extremes. But most of all, our dream was to move to the mountains and build our life exactly the way we wanted it, and that included building our own home. We are delighted to be living the reality of our dream together.

Amy keeps bees on the homestead and an art studio that gives her plenty to do in the winter months. Bryan finds adventure riding his bike up the mountain passes in the summer and training in the fitness gym in the winter.

We still have more planned, including phase 2 of the home build, but now it’s time to enjoy the adventure of rural life in the Colorado mountains.
